Alana De La Garza, an amazing actress, has made a lasting impression in the film industry. The parents of De La Garza were both Irish and Mexican American. The actress was born in Ohio's Columbus on the 26th of December in 1976. In the next few years, she moved to Texas in search of the field of physical therapy in the University of Texas. De La Garza moved from Texas to Orlando Florida and took on diverse roles on local independent films, as well as worldwide commercials. Even though she had small parts, De La Garza rapidly realized the passion she had for acting. She moved from New York and in 2001 she landed her first acting gig in the soap opera daytime All My Children as Rosa Santos. In the beginning of 2000, she was a small part on JAG Las Vegas and Two and a Half Men. In 2004, her debut major series was on The Mountain. De La Garza starred as Maria Serrano alongside top TV stars such as Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley, Anson Mount, and Mitch Pileggi. Her most memorable role was on Law & Order where she played A.D.A. Connie Rubirosa. She was on screen for 85 episodes. Following a brief run, her character migrated over to Law & Order: LA. This particular character brought De La Garza many nominations including Best Supporting Actress - Television at the Imagen Foundation Awards and even numerous ALMA Award noms. The actress was awarded the Impact Award in 2008 for her performance that stood out on an intense television show from National Hispanic Media Coalition. De La Garza landed a regular role on CSI Miami a short time later. She was Marisol Deko, as well as wife to David Caruso's character Horatio. Her most recent TV appearance was with NBC's rather dark show Do No Harm as Dr. Lena Solis. It was pulled after just two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. She has a nationality of Italian as well as having a 10-year-old younger brother called Cory. Her family was the strict, religious home of her family. Milano launched her acting career aged seven when her babysitter joined her in an audition. Her audition was in the top 1,000 applicants. Her audition was considered one of just four girls. Milano appeared in TV commercials and off Broadway shows, including the American premiere musical adaptation of Jane Eyre.
